Ground Turkey Chili

My favorite healthy version chili plate! :)

What you will need:
Lean Ground Turkey - half the pack 8 oz
Onions
Kidney Beans - 1 whole can
Tomato - 1 
Spinach - 1 cup

  1. Cook ground turkey on pan (I don't add oil as it already releases some)
  2. Add onions & diced garlic (optional)
  3. Add tomato, Spinach
  4. Add seasoning -- onion powder, Mr. Dash, adobo (very small amount of all of these)
  5. Mix it all up till cooked!
