Quinoa Plate

I love quinoa!

You will need:
Quinoa - 0.25 cup
Salmon - 4 oz
Avocado - half
Sweet Potato
Tomato - half
Seasoning - black pepper, adobo, onion salt
Olive Oil


  1. Boil quinoa for about 10 minutes (follow package instructions)
  2. Meanwhile cook salmon, low heat on pan (season it with black pepper, a little bit of adobo, onion salt, rub olive oil and place it on pan)
  3. take out the quinoa, allow it to cool down a bit, then add lemon and a pinch of salt to it (mix it together)
  4. add diced tomato, and half of an avocado
  5. add salmon 
  6. add baked sweet potato (which i usually cook prior to making this as it takes like 20 mins on the grill, 30 if you bake it) the way I make it is I wash it, rub olive oil on it and wrap it in foil paper and throw it on the grill, it is the easiest way!
