Quinoa Shrimp Salad

My favorite Quinoa Salad

Things you need: 
Quinoa - 1 cup
Shrimp - 1 cup
Mini Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 1
Avocado - 0.5
Lemon - 1
Salt

  1. Begin by boiling the quinoa in a pot (follow instructions as shows)
  2. boil shrimp 
  3. chop up tomato, cucumber, lemon
  4. once quinao is done, let it cool down for about 5-10 mins 
  5. add tomato, cucumber, shrimp (chop it up if big pieces), lemon, pinch of salt onto quinoa 
  6. MIX IT UP
  7. place in fridge if you would like to eat it cold or simply eat it as you are done make it
