Tilapia Bowl

I love food bowls!

What you will need:
Tilapia - 4oz
Brown Rice - 1 cup
Black Beans - 0.5 cup
Avocado - half
Black Pepper
Mr. Dash Salt Free Seasoning

  1. Cook the Rice first (follow instructions on the package if you need them)
  2. Season Tilapia with black pepper, mr. dash seasoning (or chose your own, KEEP IT LIGHT!) and a splash of lemon -- Rub olive oil on it
  3. Place black beans on pan, allow them to broil for about 10 mins at low heat
  4. one they are all done, place the rice on your dish, then tilapia, beans and add half of an avocado

    And that is all!!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! 😊
